In order to strengthen our Marketing Team we are looking to hire a Customer Development & Experience Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
In this position, you will support the FNA business to help grow and manage customer development strategies that drive optimal customer experiences to further enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:
- Liaison with HQ Customer Development and Customer Experience teams for global strategic alignment and dissemination/application at regional hub level.
- Development of customer journey for Ferrari North America.
- Management and monitoring of CRM integration and implementation at both hub and dealer level, proactively data mining, analyzing, and presenting findings to inform business.
- Creation of customer acquisition and retention strategies to meet commercial targets set forth by HQ and the hub.
- Oversight and ongoing enhancement of company-wide waitlist management program (i.e. Contact Plan) for North America.
- Champion of brand ID, trademark, marketing, and creative guidelines, assets, and programming for hub and dealer level.
- Orchestration of network-wide communications (email, app) plan across North American marketing engagement portfolio.
- Lead for North American event concierge agency, guiding efforts for a seamless dealer and customer experience.
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved a Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum of +7 years of experience in marketing. Proven experience and familiarity with CRM platforms and associated reporting and analysis tools. Experience with luxury products, high end automotive companies, and/or carrier logistics is a plus.
The following skills are required to perform the role: The usage of Salesforce, in particular automotive cloud, is a plus. Active listening and strategic thinking skills. Problem-solving mindset with ability to articulate solutions. Comfort interacting with senior and executive-level positions. Confidence working autonomously with minimal direction. High level of leadership, dealing with ambiguity, organizational agility, and managing vision/purpose are required.
