Job Description: 

Responsible for supporting a dealer’s sales strategy and sales plan to assist in increasing dealership and profitability. Acting as point of contact for dealers to assist in any issues with their operations, as well as support on all dealer related sales topics. Confer with Director on any updates and changes. Responsible for coordinating a minimum of quarterly dealer visits to their respective dealers (most are completed virtually). Align with the dealer’s relative Ferrari North America (FNA) Marketing and Aftersales contacts to ensure proper alignment on overall FNA message and vision. Ensure dealer compliancy with regards to Brand, CI, Facility and HR standards as directed  by corporate. Responsible for assisting dealers in meeting unit sales targets in their region. Wholesale cars to dealerships within allocation parameters and through determination of best-selling potential. Administer and monitor new and used vehicle sales programs and promotions set by HQ. Attend dealer events when needed. Attain the annual sales plan (wholesale, retail) and meet the monthly, quarterly and annual targets to present to management. Coordinate annual sales training for all dealerships along with related activities and reservations. Keep FNA Logistics Manager and/or Head of Sales abreast of all necessary information such as availability of cars, dealer orders, car problems, changes in orders, etc. Ensure definition of planning potential and respect of deadlines for the monthly order call. Assist in the monitoring of the quarterly scoring of dealers and coordinate bonus payout percentages. Maintain good relationships between customers, Ferrari North America, and the dealers. Assure timely resolution of all dealership related issues. Support customer related issues with the dealers and ensure satisfactory resolution. Responsible for the preparation of and regular formal business reviews with the dealers. Help dealers optimize their performance by focusing them on sales, profitability and all operational and financial weaknesses. Prepare and review Dealer Visit contact reports with dealers and set goals for dealership based on guidelines provided by leadership team. Review monthly financial composite comparing Ferrari against national average and interpret results for meaningful dealer contacts and improvements. Review and distribution of the monthly Dealer Score Card and present to management team.


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or foreign educational equivalent. Two years of progressive experience in the position offered, or in a similar position such as Global Network Development Manager or Territory Manager.  Experience must include development and management of network of automotive dealers.
