In order to strengthen our Digital and Data team we are looking to hire a Enterprise Solutions Specialist, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. 

 

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient adoption of digital applications related to Enterprise solutions. This position will focus on Ferrari North America corporate ERP system, Tax and Treasury systems, Ferrari Financial Services corporate systesm, HR Systems and Ferrari Retail - Lifestyle processes, especially ERP. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, addressing corrective maintenance (with a focus on issue troubleshooting), managing demand requests, and providing support for projects and change requests.

 

As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially HQ IT Team (located in Italy), business analysts, and end-users, to address system improvements, enhancements, and new functionalities. Furthermore, work proactively to prevent ticket escalations and streamline system maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting liaising closely with the HQ support for resolving user issues, system errors, and performance problems.
  • First system Health Check, diagnosis and quick fixes: run system health checks, perform system configurations or queries, make diagnosis of system issues and be a first responder to avoid ticket creation or escalation.
  • Configure and maintain system modules to meet business requirements.
  • Training and System Promotion: Develop training programs and actively promote the capabilities of the systems in use.
  • Process Mapping and Analysis: Conduct process mapping and analysis to optimize workflows.
  • Requirements Collection: Collect and document requirements for small to medium-scale evolutionary changes.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and requirements and provide guidance on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Conduct testing and validation of system changes, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure smooth operation and compliance with business processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for systems usage and processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of the corporate system.

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. You will have acquired at least 5 plus years dedicated experience in related experience.  

 

The following skills are required to perform the role: Proven experience in supporting and maintaining systems (especially ERPs), preferably in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of ERP modules, functionalities, and processes, particularly in sales, finance, logistics, and spare parts. Experience with ERP system configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automotive corporate applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes (especially in automotive business) and recommend solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proven experience on Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft 365 suite. Have a certification in relevant ERP System is a plus. Knowledge of Italian language is a plus.
