Ferrari Internship (Englewood Cliffs, USA)

In this position, The intern will assist in the development of existing data infrastructure and ETL processes as well as design and develop new internal web tools. Also the intern will be working together with all the teams in the Aftersales department in order to provide support on daily activities. 

As part of the Ferrari Financial Services team, your main responsiblities will be:

• Create new datasets and views
• Assist in developing ETL Processes
• Prepare documentation for existing processes
• Build and Maintain Data Pipelines
• Develop Relational Data Models
• Design and Develop Web Scraping solutions

As part of the Ferrari North Ameirca team, your main responsiblities will be:

Reporting Activities - creation of dashboard in excel and Power BI for the KPI montioring of the following department: Technical Help Desk, Warranty, Port Operations, Workshop.

Update of the Aftersales operations manual and department manuals (for example workshop and Port operation)

Benchmark activities- we would like the intern to provide support in benchmarking two of our main suppliers: Allstate Roadside Assistance and FAPS port operations.

Audits- the intern will be required to perform Warranty and Roadside Assistance Audits, supervised by the warranty department 

The following skills are required to perform the role:  In depth knowledge of Python and SQL, Understanding of Data Warehouse Concepts, Knowledge of Relational Data Modeling, Cloud(AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) Knowledge is a plus. Recently college graduates only.
