In order to strengthen our Marketing team in Ferrari North America, we are looking to hire a Retail Marketing Manager, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
In this position you will be reponsible for driving the effective activation of the regional marketing strategy across the retail network, ensuring that priority initiatives are translated into consistent and impactful local market execution. The role acts as the key connection point between Regional Ferrari Teams (Marketing & Sales) and Retail Partners, with a particular focus on maximizing the commercial impact of centralized marketing platforms and creating opportunities to engage new prospects through the retail network.
As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Retail Marketing Strategy, Execution and Coordination
• Lead the implementation of regional marketing plans across the retail network, serving as primary Marketing point of contact for Regional Marketing Managers
• Translate central marketing priorities into clear, actionable guidelines for local markets, enabling Retail Partners to develop effective action plans around centrally driven initiatives.
• Ensure consistent and timely execution of Tier 1 campaigns and other priority initiatives at retail level.
• Provide Regional Marketing Managers with tools, guidance and best practices to maximize execution quality and business impact.
• Monitor adoption and execution of marketing initiatives across regions, identifying gaps and proactively driving corrective actions with the relevant stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement by sharing successful activations, promoting knowledge exchange, and identifying opportunities to enhance the retail marketing effectiveness.
2. Prospecting Partnerships & Customer Acquisition
• Lead the development and execution of prospect acquisition initiatives across the retail network, creating scalable frameworks that drive qualified lead generation and support business growth.
• Identify, develop and manage strategic prospecting partnerships and communities that provide access to high-potential target audiences.
• Design activation frameworks that enable the brand to leverage partnerships opportunities to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
• Develop processes that connect qualified prospects generated through centralized brand experiences and engagement platforms, with the appropriate Retail Partners for local conversion and follow-up.
• Establish clear governance and ownership models with Regional Marketing Manager and Retail Partners to maximize the commercial opportunity generated through customer acquisition initiatives.
• Adapt and localize HQ customer acquisition strategies to address local market dynamics and dealer opportunities, driving sustainable business growth.
• Work with Customer Development team to leverage customer insights, CRM tools, lead management processes and reporting capabilities in support of prospect acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Gather and consolidate qualitative feedback from the retail network on prospect engagement and emerging market opportunities.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate closely with the Events Team to maximize the use of centralized event platforms and drive prospecting engagement and acquisition opportunities
• Partner with Customer Development Team to leverage customer insights, CRM tools and reporting in support of prospecting activities, while monitoring KPIs, measuring action effectiveness, and driving continuous performance optimization
• Work in synergy with the Launch Manager to connect marketing opportunities with commercial priorities.
• Ensure strong alignment between central marketing priorities and local market execution, ensuring consistency of brand objectives while addressing local market needs.
In order to succeed in this challenging role you would need a Bachelor’s Degree.
The following skills are required to perform the role: Minimum 5-7 years Client development experience with at least 3 years of retail within luxury segment. Experience working with international brands in a corporate environment as well.Excellent clienteling and prospect engagement strategy management. Extremely strong communication skills (verbal and written) with strong presentation skills. Ability to meaningfully interact with executive management. Ability to present a sophisticated, polished presence to represent Ferrari North America to Ferrari SpA. Must have the knowledge and ability to work with the latest website technologies and trends. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Gantt charts and project management software
