Job Summary: The Regional Marketing Communications Specialist supports all Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealer level marketing and communications activities - specifically through digital strategies, ensuring brand compliance in all advertising, marketing and communication channels.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor dealer network usage of trademark, brand and CI in all Tier 3 marketing, communications and digital materials
  • Provide the Retail Network and FNA Field support for corporate approved communications, digital and marketing templates
  • Monitor and manage dealer cooperative programs
  • Track and manage dealer marketing investments
  • Monitor and manage the Ansira platform:
  • Upload communications, Branding and digital materials
  • Monitor dealer network usage
  • Communicate (internally and within the Retail Network) all updates, available assets and potential Brand and Trademark violations
  • Champion FNA Marketing Guidelines in both FNA communications, digital and marketing materials as well as within the retail network
  • Work with internal business units to develop and communicate Brand, CI and Trademark usage best practices
  • Support the execution and coordination of media planning and buying with agency partners, following the directions of the marketing communications manager and the Head of Marketing
  • Support in the development and optimization of the Tier 2 and Tier 3 Ferrari marketing strategies
  • Work in conjunction with internal stakeholders to coordinate social editorial calendar initiatives from the Global level to the retailer level for digital and social localization.
  • Manage digital content production for use at a regional and dealer level for digital and Social Media channels.
  • Working with Brand Marketing, PR, and the Events teams, support the digital/social event strategy, ‘in market’ making sure that there is dedicated Social Media support.
  • Define ways to enhance the brand’s events and activations that extend the reach and conversation beyond the Tier 1/OEM level
  • Manage Dealer Social Media publishing program, education and training with Training group. Develop support materials and best practices for using Social Media at retail.
  • Manage Ferrari North America dealership coop program.
  • Coordinate Tier 2 and 3 campaigns including manufacturer support, working with dealers, Area Sales Managers and Regional Marketing Managers to create and execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Support the sustainment of the Brand leveraging commensurate Marketing collateral (photo and video shoots) to support Digital and Traditional Marketing channels (Print, Display, Social, Website, Email).
  • Coordinate the adaptation of Global Marketing campaigns for the local markets (US and Canada)
  • Oversee FNA retail marketing activities. Manage monitoring process, approvals and enforcement of guidelines.
  • Manage payments of vendors and agencies
  • Assist in management of digital retail marketing budget - ensuring all projects are kept within budget parameters. 
  • Assist in drafting and distribution of marketing bulletins for dealer network




Educational/Training Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience with digital, email and traditional marketing
  • Experience with luxury products, high end automotive companies and network distribution systems is a plus
  • Experience with advertising agencies is a plus

  • Experience in working within a cross-functional environment is desired. Collaboration is critical.
  • Demonstrate both long-term strategic thinking and short-term project management skills.
  • Actively anticipate and proactively manage issues and provide solid recommendations to upper leadership.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to articulate problem solving solutions
  • Well versed in digital advertising metrics. Must be able to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and comfortably interface with upper management across all areas of the organization both within and outside the brand.
  • High level of leadership, dealing with ambiguity, organizational agility and managing vision and purpose are required. Capability to organize processes and coordinate between all the parties involved.
  • Great active listening skills   
  • Strong project management skills are a must.
