Responsible for the development, maintenance, distribution and presentation of all requested FFS business and management reports, in a timely and accurate manner.  Assist with the development and management of the Key Performance Indicators program; tracking Area Sales Managers progress relative to all field activity.  Assist in planning of all corporate dealer meetings and sales training events. Interact with dealer personnel and customers to ensure superior customer service.
