In order to strengthen our Customer Experience team we are looking to hire a CRM & Client Data Specialist based in Maranello (Italy). 

 

Reporting to the CRM & Client Data Manager, the candidate will:

 

•    Define and execute client data strategy for optimized gathering of customer transactional and behavioral information across the different touchpoints and channels, thus:

o    Setting up and guide client data governance to guarantee information consistency across different systems and channels
o    Ensuring client data quality within the CRM platform by designing processes for data validation/verification
o    Designing new streams of client information through profile enrichment initiatives (e.g. behaviour, satisfaction, voice of the customer)

 

•    Develop customer segmentation frameworks through business insights and metrics nurtured by client journey analysis 

•    Contribute to the definition of CRM platform roadmap with CRM&Client Data team and drive the customer-centric digital transformation by 
o    Collecting needs of multiple internal business stakeholders (e.g. Customer Experience, Operational Marketing, Sales, Aftersales)
o    Liaising with D&D for the gathering of business requirements, overseeing solution design and functional analysis, supporting testing phase and roll out


Required Profile

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in  business economics, engineering or mathematics, with an excellent academic track record.

Knowledge and experience of database structures and CRM tools (Oracle sales ecosystem is a plus) are mandatory. 

 

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically, including attention to details and critical thinking ability. 

 

Fluent English is required for the position.
