We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Communication Department through an Internship experience offering exposure to different communication environments across Ferrari, including Sports Cars, Corporate Communication, Internal Communication and Hypersail. The role will allow you to contribute to various projects, helping to engage audiences, strengthen brand reputation and support Ferrari's storytelling across multiple channels and stakeholders contributing to the preparation of presentations and management reporting, maintaining and updating performance databases and monitoring key risk and commercial performance indicators.


Depending on the Team and business needs, you may support activities such as:
- Developing editorial and multimedia content for internal and external communication channels;
- Supporting storytelling initiatives across corporate, product, racing and brand-related projects;
- Assisting in media relations activities, press office initiatives, press monitoring and reporting;
- Contributing to social media planning, content publishing and community engagement activities;
- Supporting the creation and coordination of communication campaigns, events and special projects;
- Collaborating with creative agencies, suppliers and external partners;
- Supporting graphic, video and digital content production processes;
- Monitoring communication trends, audience insights and performance metrics to support content optimization;
- Assisting with project planning, timelines, reporting and administrative activities related to communication initiatives.

 


Required profile

 

For this fundamental role we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Languages or related fields.


Strong interest in media, digital communication, content creation and storytelling and a genuine passion for Ferrari's ecosystem and a strong interest in the Automotive, Sailing and Luxury industries will be positively evaluated.


You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

 

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

 

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Fluent English is required. 
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools is considered a plus.
