In order to strengthen our Marketing Team we are looking for a Customer Development Specialist based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position you will suport the markets through regular reports on their Client base evolution and performances in New Clients acquisition. You will also support the team through the implementation of data cleansing activities to better qualify Clients and to be more effective in targeting initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Make regular and ad-hoc analysis on Clients Data for HQ and Market stakeholders.
- Manage the maintenance and evolution of reporting on Clients data (development of Self Service platform, creation of dashboards with change into how we look at data.
- Manage periodic relation with markets for specific support requests and monitoring of Dealer performances on marketing Kpis.
- Work on the enrichment of the customer database profiling to better qualify customers and be more effective in targeting activities (car/events).
- Maintain and enrich our customer base segmentation strategy.
- Collaborate with other HQ Dept on dedicated projects mainly related to CRM tools.
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Economics, Marketing, or similar and you will have gained at least 1 year dedicated experience within an Analytics Role in Marketing Department.
Analytical skills, proficient use of Excel and strong communication skills are mandatory. Fluent English is required.
The teamworking attitude in high demanding environment is essential. You will need a good ability to go beyond the assigned tasks by demonstrating exploratory curiosity but also criticism of the status quo. A strong problem solving attitude combined with short delivery time is necessary.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
