In order to strengthen our engineering team we are looking to hire a Cybersecurity Engineer based in Maranello (Italy). You will be responsible for performing cybersecurity activities for in-vehicle architecture, systems, and components, in accordance with internal processes and automotive cybersecurity-related standards and regulations.


In this position, you will be responsible for:


•    Performing cybersecurity activities for the vehicle development in line with internal processes and procedures, including: TARA (Threat Analyses and Risk Assessment), definition of cybersecurity goals and cybersecurity requirements and specification of verification criteria of cybersecurity requirements
•    Specifying and/or updating Ferrari cybersecurity technical specifications and procedures
•    Supporting Systems’ Owners in interfacing with ECUs Suppliers on the topic of cybersecurity requirements
•    Supporting the design of cybersecurity strategies at vehicle level
•    Cooperating and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders for collecting and sharing relevant information (e.g., systems’ owners, suppliers, etc.)


In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Engineering or equivalent. 
You should ideally have gained at least 2 years’ dedicated experience in design and validation of Hardware and Software cybersecurity requirements and in assessing common databases of threats and vulnerabilities. Knowledge of principles of security and their application to the automotive field (cryptographic algorithms, PKI, cybersecurity controls as secure boot,…) and knowledge of automotive cybersecurity-related standards and regulations (ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155) are important to manage the activities required. 

 

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role. It is important to be proactive proposing new solutions to optimize all the processes and activities. 
Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage. We appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
