In order to strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are looking to hire an Ecommerce Digital Product Manager, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects for the growth and innovation of the Ferrari eCommerce platform, integrating new products, events, courses and different business units. In particular, you will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the company's new sales channel. You will oversee the development of new functionalities and their future improvement. You will also monitor the online platform to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.), as well as the ability to understand the business and identify new sales opportunities. You will be a point of reference for all eCommerce activities, from requirements definition to the delivery phase, acting as a 'bridge' between the technical teams and the business.
The main responsibilities will be:
• Product Lifecycle Management: definition and development of the eCommerce roadmap, from conception to implementation, in close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Platform expansion

• Performance analysis and optimisation: monitoring of key KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, etc.), use of analysis tools (Google Analytics, BI tools) to make data-driven decisions.
• Technical integrations

• Ensuring the scalability and security of the eCommerce platform
• Quality Assurance
• Vendors Management
• Budgeting
Required Profile
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Degree in Computer Science or similar, and you will have gained at least 3-5 years dedicated experience in similar roles (Digital Product Manager, Ecommerce Manager, Project Manager in the eCommerce field or similar).
Excellent knowledge of eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, SAP commerce Cloud/ Hybris, WooCommerce, Oracle or similar is mandatory to manage the activities.
Familiarity with web languages and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and REST APIs, and with project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project or similar is required. You will also need to be able to use Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker, BI dashboards, A/B testing tools, and be familiar with key eCommerce metrics, such as conversion rate, RFM analysis, LTV, etc., as well as having the ability to oversee billing and MOR processes.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
