In order to strengthen our Communication team,  we are looking to hire an Editorial Planning & Governance Manager, based in Maranello (Italy). 
Reporting to the Head of Communication Strategy & Planning, the role is responsible for the governance of the cross-departmental editorial planning, ensuring coherence, visibility and integration of all communication activities across communication channels.
The position acts as a central coordination point across Communication Areas (Product, Racing, Hypercar, Lifestyle, Corporate and Internal) and channels, with the objective of guaranteeing strategic alignment and narrative consistency.

 

The main responsibilities will be:
Editorial Planning Governance

•    Creation and management of the master cross-channel editorial calendar.
•    Collection and consolidation of inputs from all communication departments.
•    Monitoring of communication activities across social media, web platforms, PR, events and internal channels.

•    Identification and resolution of editorial conflicts or overlaps.
•    Alignment of editorial priorities with corporate and product roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Integration
•    Organization and facilitation of regular editorial alignment meetings.
•    Translation of strategic priorities into actionable editorial plans.
•    Support in defining key content themes for strategic milestones.
•    Continuous interaction with stakeholders across communication functions.
Communication Guidelines Governance
•    Development and update of communication guidelines and frameworks.
•    Definition and maintenance of spokesperson guidelines and messaging architecture.
•    Supervision of tone of voice consistency across channels.
•    Contribution to Q&A documents and executive communication materials.
•    Support in the preparation of communication playbooks.
Monitoring and Reporting
•    Preparation of editorial visibility dashboards and tracking tools.
•    Monitoring implementation progress against agreed plans.
•    Identification of narrative gaps and communication opportunities.
•    Support to executive reporting activities.


Required Profile

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in Communication field and you will have gained more than 6 years of experience in corporate communication, brand communication or PR.

Experience in planning in structured and international environments and previous exposure to cross-functional coordination roles are mandatory to manage the activities.
Experience in luxury, automotive, sport, fashion or technology sectors is considered a plus.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
