To strengthen our Industrial Performance & Infrastructures Area, we are looking to hire an Electro-Mechanical Project Specialist based in Maranello. You will be involved in the operational management and supervision of complex industrial sites, coordinating external contractors and ensuring the correct execution of works. You will be responsible for drafting technical specifications and tender documentation, supporting the Infrastructure Management team in evaluating technical solutions and supplier offers, and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Operational management of plant construction sites, coordination of external companies, and supervision of on-site activities.
  • Verification of correct execution of works, progress monitoring, management of non-conformities, and support for testing and commissioning.
  • Drafting technical specifications, functional requirements, and tender documentation for the Purchasing Department.
  • Installation, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in complex industrial environments.
  • Fault diagnosis and restoration interventions on technological systems.
  • Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams, P&ID, plant layouts, and technical documentation.
  • Supporting the Infrastructure Management team in evaluating technical solutions and supplier offers.
  • Rigorous application of safety regulations and company procedures.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally hold a technical diploma in electrotechnical, mechatronic, mechanical, or a related field. You should ideally have gained at least 2 yers' dedicated experience in industrial plant engineering, preferably within automotive or complex manufacturing environments. You should demonstrate solid expertise in site management and contractor coordination, as well as a proven ability to draft technical specifications and tender documentation. A strong working knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, switchboards, HVAC, hydraulic and industrial mechanical systems is essential, along with proficiency in the use of measurement and diagnostic tools.

Success in this position requires excellent problem-solving skills, operational autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Precision, reliability, and a strong focus on quality and safety are fundamental, as are effective communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage priorities and field activities efficiently is key. Experience abroad or in multicultural environments will be highly valued.
