In order to strengthen our Endurance and Corse Clienti Team, we are looking for a motivated Budget & Administration Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).


 
The main responsibilities will be:


•    Manage the sponsor invoicing process and administrative activities related to Endurance and Corse Clienti.
•    Control and monitor costs related to Events and Officina XX, SPC, and F1 Clienti.
•    Support the operational activities of Corse Clienti, with a particular focus on administrative and budgeting aspects.
•    Manage the entity’s receivables: reminders, reconciliation, and verification of payments.
•    Handle administrative procedures for the creation and updating of supplier and customer master data.
•    Track and update the area budget, prepare periodic reports, and analyze variances.
•    Collaborate with the controlling department for forecasting and reporting activities.

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in in Economics or related disciplines and you will have gained at least 3 years dedicated experience in a similar role. 
Excellent knowledge of Excel & reporting tools and familiarity with company ERP systems are mandatory.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Fluent English is required. Knowledge of French will be considered a strong plus.
