In order to strengthen our Health & Safety Department we are looking to hire an Ergonomics Specialist based in Maranello (Italy). 

 

In this position, you will be responsible for:

 

•    Supporting the Project Manager in drafting projects by defining ergonomic objectives;
•    Supporting in defining and drafting improvement plans: criteria and priorities for action;
•    Assessing compliance with the predefined ergonomic and workplace health and safety criteria during testing;
•    Collaborating with the different departments in identifying and proposing improvement actions concerning ergonomics and health and safety;
•    Developing training plans to increase the company's ergonomic culture;
•    Participating in the drafting of ISO 9000-1400-45000 procedures;
•    Contributing to the updating of risk assessments of assigned areas;
•    Participating in the analysis of accident events and near misses.

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent. 
You should ideally have gained at least 3 years’ dedicated experience in Health & Safety activities. Working knowledge of Office package, Project and PowerBI is required for the role. 

Italian or European Certification as an Ergonomist is considered as a plus.

 

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role. It is important to be proactive proposing new solutions to optimize all the processes and activities. 
Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage. We appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
