Flying Doctor Engineer (Maranello)

In order to strengthen our South and East Europe Region we are looking to hire a Flying Doctor Specialist based in Ferrari HQ Maranello (Italy). 

You will cover different areas both for South and East Europe, including Switzerland, Italy, Romania, Turkey, South Africa etc. 

In this position you will:

•    Coordinate with dealer network to ensure customer issues resolved as effectively and promptly as possible 
•    Carry out regular scheduled dealer visits as agreed with the regional manager/after sales manager 
•    Provide the dealer network with support for the Aftersales operations including the monitoring of Red on Lines 
•    Provide technical support during Ferrari events and road tours 
•    Provide training to dealer staff when on ad hoc visits 
•    Monitor and report the Networks Aftersales performance 
•    Ensure all Service levels between the Dealer, Customers and Factory 
•    Liaise directly with clients when necessary to perform comparative road tests and advise on the technical aspects of the vehicle behaviour and technical features 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved Master Degree in Engineering area and you will have gained at least 2/3 years of experience in the engineering field.
Analytical skills, proficient use of Excel and strong communication skills are mandatory. 
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically, including attention to details and critical thinking ability. 

Fluent English is required for the position.
