Within the Ferrari Finance in headquarter, this key role will oversee all aspects of Ferrari Group insurance strategy and provide solutions to business-critical interdisciplinary challenges.
Under general supervision of Ferrari Group Treasurer you will manage and further develop the current comprehensive insurance program. An important part of your role will be to actively manage/ strengthen internal relationships and act as a liaison between internal and external partners (brokers, carries, etc.).
Your key responsibilities:
• Review adequate degree of coverage and identifying potential vulnerabilities, negotiate and execute renewal/placements strategies, track variations on polices/wording on covered risks; on locations perimeter; on limits/deductibles
• Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative services needs for allocation and checks of premiums paid, recharges, requests of insurance certificates, expiry dates, indemnities
• Review insurance claims filed by the organization, guiding process to ensure timely and fair settlements
• Support to risk assessments and loss prevention compliance activities by site
• Maintain an insurance database, analyze statistical data and prepare dashboards, presentations, reports and risk maps for internal use
• Manage insurance budget preparation
• Oversee insurance strategies of local subsidiaries ensuring adequate coverage
• Advise on insurance clauses in corporate contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements and minimizing potential liability
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and recommend necessary changes to insurance portfolio
• Supervise and provide guidance to one resource within the department
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will have proven experience of min. 6-7 years in insurance management and loss prevention, either in international listed corporates, insurance or consulting firms (Professional certifications are a plus),
