In this position, you will support Insurance and Loss Prevention team, within Ferrari Finance, you will significantly contribute to the development of Ferrari Group insurance strategy in providing solutions to business-critical interdisciplinary challenges.

You will plan and implement procedures to identify significant loss exposures and determine appropriate methods to manage risk.
An important part of your role will be to actively maintain (and, where appropriate) establish and strengthen internal relationships and act as a liaison between internal and external partners (brokers, carries, etc.). 

 

Your key responsibilities:
•    Support in the coordination of procurement/maintenance of insurance and/or claims administration by determining requirements, compiling forms/questionnaires from brokers necessary for underwriting a policy, developing and evaluating specifications and requests for proposals
•    Assess and identify adequate degree of coverage, negotiate and execute renewal/placements strategies, track variations on polices/wording on covered risks; on locations perimeter; on limits/deductibles
•    Primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative services needs for allocation and checks of premiums paid, recharges, requests of insurance certificates, expiry dates, managing indemnities
•    Assist in claims administration by overseeing, coordinating and monitoring the processing to insurers as appropriate
•    Support to risk assessments and loss prevention compliance activities by site
•    Maintain an insurance database, analyze statistical data and prepare dashboards, presentations, reports and risk maps for internal use
•    Assist with annual budget preparation
•    Keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions


Required profile
You will ideally be recent graduate with at least 2-3 years of hands-on risk management / insurance experience, either in international private corporates, insurance or consulting firms.
Demonstrable ability to extract and manipulate data from databases is a must have.
