In this position, your mission will be to manage new products industrialization and development, focusing on Painting Process focusing on Body in White components.

You will work closely with R&D, Quality and Technologies Department to evaluate the process feasibility and to develop new solutions, equipment and machinery.

Desired Skills and Experience

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you have achieved excellent academic results in the areas of Materials, Chemical, Industrial or Management Engineering and you have at least 2\3 years of experience in the same role.

Ideally, you have gained experience in other Automotive Companies and you have acquired a good knowledge of the main technology process and of the most important Production Painting Key Performance indicator.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).

Since you will interact with foreign countries, fluent English is a must have and we appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
