For this excited position, you will support the Partnership Management team in the balanced and planned activation of Sponsorship agreements, taking care of multiple operations related to Partners' rights. You will cooperate in different activities like:
- manage Partners' experiential activities in Maranello or abroad; 
- proactively support the Partnership team in day-to-day operations; 
- track and update team reports, company dashboards and partner platforms to ensure up-to-date assessment of entitlement activation; 
- support Title partner start-up and activation activities, with a systematic approach in the drafting of commercial reports, performance analysis and activation records.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to support Partnership managers in relations with other departments (Finance, Legal, Press, HR, etc.) by coordinating regular meetings and following up on Partnership Manager initiatives.


Required profile

 

You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Economics, Marketing or similar
Studies in the field of Sports Management are appreciated.


You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Fluent English is required.
