In order to strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are looking to hire a Sales & Network Digital Application Owner, based in Maranello (Italy).


As Digital Application Owner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital applications supporting Sales and Network Development Processes and applications. You will act as a liaison between Digital Transformation and Business Teams, driving digital solutions that align with corporate strategy in the automotive sector, particularly with regard to Dealer network and Retail sales.


The main responsibilities will be:
•    Manage the full lifecycle of digital applications (Dealer Portal, DMS integration etc) ensuring stability, performance, and scalability;

•    Gather and translate business requirements from Sales and Network Development Teams into clear functional and technical specifications;
•    Own and prioritize the applications backlog;
•    Define the release roadmap and coordinate with several suppliers deployment activities;

•    Coordinate external Digital Transformation supplier, ensuring quality and timely delivery;
•    Monitor Service quality (SLA, KPIs) and application performance, proposing improvements where needed;
•    Leverage AWS knowledge for application evolution and modernization;

•    Support Solution Design and ensure system integration in hybrid (on prem + cloud)  environments;
•    Guarantee compliance with security privacy (e.g. GDPR) and internal digital transformation policies;
•    Governance on Digital Transformation Project.


Required Profile

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar fields and you will have gained at least 3 years dedicated experience in IT roles interfacing with business functions (Sales, Dealer Network).


Excellent knowledge of Oracle or similar, familiarities with web languages and technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, REST APIs) and with project management tools or similar is required;
Proven experience managing complex IT projects and cross-functional stakeholders and solid hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) are mandatory to manage the activities. 
Strong knowledge of Sales and Network Development processes in the automotive industry is preferred.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
