Test Automation Engineer (Maranello)

In order to strengthen our Testing Department, we are looking to hire a Test Automation Engineer. In this position, your mission will be manage automation systems to guaratee proper functioning of the test benches.

You will be responsible for the preparation and parameterization of test benches, analyse anomalies or failures and define a new technical solutions. You will perform data analysis and final reports on the test automation activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you have achieved excellent academic results in the areas of Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering and you have at least three years of experience in a similar role.

In this role, your technical knowledge on test automation softwares, bases of electronics, electronics system, automation and measuring instruments is mandatory.  

Ideally, you have gained experience in other Automotive Companies and you have acquired a good knowledge of the main technology process and of the most important Production Key Performance indicators.

In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).

Since you will interact with foreign countries, fluent English is a must-have and we appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
