Turbocharger Test Engineer (Maranello)

In order to strengthen our Testing Department, we are looking to hire a Turbocharger Test Engineer. In this position, your mission will be organize activities on the benches in test rooms by carrying out reliable tests, technical analysis and performance development.

You will be responsible for the planning and assistance during testing activities with focus on technical requirements, objectives and timing. You will perform data analysis and final reports on the test performed.

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you have achieved excellent academic results in Mechanical Engineering with focus on thermodynamics and turbomachinery and you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

In this role, your technical knowledge on turbomachinery, measuring instruments, Matlab and Excel skills is mandatory. 

Ideally, you have gained experience in other Automotive Companies and you have acquired a good knowledge of the main technology process and of the most important Production Key Performance indicator.

In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
