We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Vehicle Assembly Line Process Engineering team, with specific activities in supporting in ensuring the updating of process methods and equipment in the relevant technological area. The role includes the support of the analysis and improvement of work cycles and production processes, contributing to the implementation of corrective and optimization actions. 

 

You will cooperate in different activities, including: 
•    Support the management of technical changes and improvements to existing equipment and plants;
•    Collaborate with the Technology department in the research, evaluation, and purchase of new production equipment;
•    Support the coordination of installation, testing, and commissioning activities for new plants and equipment;
•    Collaborate with diagnostic teams in the analysis of anomalies reported by production, contributing to the identification and implementation of solutions;
•    Support the monitoring of production performance through the collection and analysis of key process indicators;
•    Collaborate in the drafting and updating of technical documentation, operating instructions, and process standards.

 

Required profile

 

For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Mechanical or Management Engineering.

 

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
Fluent English is required.
