For this challenging and learningful role, you will support the R&D cybersecurity team in the main activities for the vehicle cybersecurity development, including the performance of risk analysis and threat assessment and the definition of cybersecurity requirements of in-vehicle architecture, systems, and components. You will cooperate in Refinement and configuration of cybersecurity mechanisms at component level. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to support the Design of cybersecurity strategies at vehicle level.
Required profile
You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Fluent English is required.
Knowledge oh Python is a plus.
Additional skills
- Knowledge of principles of security (e.g., cryptographic algorithms, PKI, cybersecurity controls);
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet) and technologies (e.g. VLAN configuration, ethernet switch configuration).
