In order to strengthen our Retail team we are looking to hire a Sales Supervisor, based in Miami, FL. 

 

In this position, you will be responsible to perform operational duties to run the retail store that includes opening/closing, ensuring store security, overseeing safety and assisting with escalated customer issues.

Sales Experience:

  • Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results and goal
  • Partner with Store Manager and Training to take ownership of our Selling Ceremony training with in the store.  Coach and inspire the team by applying product knowledge and key elements of the Selling Ceremony Experience through role-playing, providing tips and talking through difficulties of the associate’s feedback.
  • Drive the HERO digital experience in store and use our digital resources.
  •  Foster a positive and harmonious work environment. Create a culture of feedback, mutual respect and teamwork.
  • Utilize elevated levels of sales and client service to maximize sale performance
  • Lead sales associates to improve areas of opportunities and close sales in order to achieve store targets and metrics
  • Keen interest in fashion industry and market trends

Customer Service:

  • Ensure staff maintains constant client communication using the client books
  • Provide in the moment feedback for Sales Associate’s on selling techniques

Operations:

  • Foster the Omni Channel development through the team
  • Keep selling floor clean (housekeeping) and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
  • Assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor
  • Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
  • Properly execute all relevant register functions including customer service issues

Merchandise/Visual:

  • Assist in implementation and maintenance of all merchandising directives
  • Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
  • Detect and analyze market trends and competitor promotion to propyl maintain optimum display of product.

Human Resources:

  • Manage and Ensure Presentation and Wardrobe standards are professional & reflective of brand image are adhered to all times
  • Ensuring compliances with all corporate standards, policies and initiative (cash activity, inventory, logistics, and all the main reporting activities requested by HQ)
  • Health and Safety

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved a Bachelors degree in related field. 

 

The following skills are required to perform the role: Have previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales, ability to handle complex customer service issues. Professional dialogue with clients and staff. Experience with Apple mobile devices and comfortable with the use of digital tools. Experience in a luxury service or selling environment. Have an interest in fashion/luxury. The history and heritage of Ferrari. Leadership and team management. Organized and Detail Oriented. Keen sense of current fashion trends and fashion sensibility. Extremely strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to meaningfully interact with retail stores and HQ points of contact. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. To be able to Lift boxes weighing twenty (20) pounds.
