In order to strengthen our team, we have an internship opportunity to join the Ferrari Collection Merchandising team in our Lifestyle offices in Milano (Italy). Your opportunity to learn and grow professionally, whilst working with a leading, professional and engaging employer.
 
In this role, you will focus on the following priorities: you will support the definition of the Lifestyle offer strategy, as well as the optimization of pricing range, category balance, collection volume. You will also be able to contribute to the preparation of collection briefs, working with different departments across the company. You will have a crucial role in the analysis of: benchmarking for merchandising briefs, monitoring collections development, price definition and margins, collaborating in close contact with the Commercial Team and Product Development & Operations team. You will also support the presentation of the collection range to the sales team.
 
Desired Skills and Experience
 

In order to succeed in this both engaging and challenging internship assignment, we are looking for a graduate profile with a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Management Engineering, and specializations and dedicated interest for the fashion industry. You will have ideally gained initial relevant experience as fashion or business analyst through internships or thesis projects ideally with fashion market leaders, or as part of your university course assignments.
 
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationship and communicative skills. You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment, and bring a strong work ethic and integrity. Your contribution will require strong ability in data mapping and financial analysis, as well as your strong sensitivity to detail.
 
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must-have, Italian language skills are an advantage, whilst your motivation to learn Italian will allow you to integrate better and faster. 

An advanced knowledge of Excel and an analytical mindset are required to perform daily tasks.
