For this excited position, you will work closely with the Ecommerce Lifestyle team to support in the optimization of the online product offer in order to improve conversion and reach sales targets.
You will support the team in activities like monitoring sales performance and other key digital metrics and respond accordingly on a daily basis to optimize product placement and boost conversion, leveraging emerging trends in the industry.
You will manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance and promotional activities.
You will collaborate with several teams such as merchandising, marketing, and product management to ensure that the catalogue reflects the latest product offerings and aligns with the organization's overall goals and strategies.
Moreover, you will support in creating, updating, and maintaining product listings in the catalogue database. This involves ensuring that products are launched on time and information are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Required profile
You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Economics, Marketing or a related field.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Fluent English is required.
An understanding of e-commerce UX, content and development projects and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in digital environment are considered as a plus.
