We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Lifestyle Merchandising team, with specific activities in the operational management of the Ferrari Lifestyle assortment through product performance analysis, stock monitoring, and assistance with replenishment activities, contributing to the optimization of sales and customer experience across Retail and E-commerce channels. The role includes collaborating with various company stakeholders to ensure the correct availability of collections and the consistency of the product offering across different markets and distribution channels. 


You will cooperate in different activities, including: 
•    Support weekly monitoring of stock levels across Full Price Retail and E-commerce channels;
•    Assist in preparing replenishment proposals to ensure correct product availability;
•    Contribute to stock reallocation and optimization activities between boutiques and sales channels;
•    Monitor product assortment on the e-commerce website, ensuring correct categorization and publication according to merchandising guidelines;
•    Support the analysis of sales performance and key retail KPIs (e.g., sell-through, stock cover, conversion rate, product productivity);
•    Collaborate in the preparation of periodic reports and presentations to support Merchandising team decisions;
•    Participate in store visits and collect feedback from boutiques to identify assortment and customer experience improvement opportunities.

 

Required profile

 

For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Finance, Business/Economics or Management Engineering.

 

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

 

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

 

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
Fluent English is required.
