In order to strengthen our Communication Team we are looking to hire a Lifestyle Social Media Manager based in Milan. 


The new role will join Lifestyle Department. Ferrari Lifestyle has three pillars: Personal Luxury Goods,  Collectibles and Experience. The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers’base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand’s DNA, its heritage and values.


The new resource will be responsible for develop for lifestyle pillar a cohesive social strategy and calendar to drive significant followers growth and engagement.
In particular, the resource will:

•    Define a by channel strategy in strong collaboration with all agencies (social, PR) and our marketing and media team
•    Align and collaborate closely with the Sportcars/Scuderia social team to benefit from broader ecosystem and higher follower base  
•    Driving ideation, planning and development of content, working closely with Creative Direction and the Lifestyle marketing team to bring Ferrari Lifestyle to life through a broad range of content types, including video, still imagery and animations relevant to the different audiences and platforms
•    Lead our social agencies to drive KPI, support the narrative of the brand based on the editorial, product and marketing calendar. Ensure communication with PR, creative & marketing team.
•    Structure a governance process to work in a disciplined way with internal & external stakeholders  
•    Align the editorial for eCOM, email, CRM etc with social content calendar in collaboration with marketing team
•    Overseeing optimization on content, plans, strategies and posts based on the latest data, algorithms and trend across all platforms (Instagram TikTok, Facebook, Youtube and others that may emerge) being at the forefront of developments
•    Working closely with Digital and data Team to provide insightful and useful reporting and analysis, measuring and analyzing performance and actioning learning to maximize effectiveness and to also improve Ferrari Lifestyle social footprint and impact

In order to succeed in this challenging role you have at least 7- 9 years experience in driving social media strategy and implementation in leading luxury or consumer brands – working for an international digital agency or in-house in touch with latest trends and insights. You will have the ability to drive results while working cross-department with a collaborative spirit to ensure collaboration and consensus, extensive experience in brand management, deep understanding of social media and digital channels.


Fluent English is required.
