As Ferrari Lifestyle continues redefining “Made in Italy,” we are seeking an experienced US Retail Popup & Training Manager to lead a part of the planning and execution of world-class Pop Up that elevate our brand, deepen client engagement, and drive commercial success, as well as deliver training initiatives that elevate selling behaviors, clienteling capabilities, product knowledge, and luxury service standards throughout the retail network. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, luxury hospitality expertise, retail development experience, and exceptional project management skills with a passion for delivering measurable business results through both experiential marketing and people development.

 

In order to strengthen our Ferrari Lifestyle team we are looking to hire a Retail Popup & Training Manager based in Soho, NY. 

 

As a Retail Popup & Training Manager will coordinate Ferrari Lifestyle pop-up activations across the United States, overseeing planning, execution, and day-to-day operations. During each activation, this role will act as the on-site Store Manager, ensuring an exceptional client experience, managing client relationships, and driving commercial performance. The position will also liaise with Headquarters to coordinate and deliver local training initiatives, ensuring consistent product knowledge, selling excellence, and luxury service standards across the retail network.

 

As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Planning & Execution:


• Pop Up: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Ferrari pop-up stores and experiential activations, ensuring flawless delivery from concept development through on-site operations.


• Pop Up: Act as the on-site Store Manager during pop-up activations, overseeing daily operations, team management, client engagement, sales performance, inventory control, visual merchandising, and adherence to Ferrari brand standards.


• Pop Up: Drive commercial results through pop-up activations, leveraging events and experiential programs to support revenue growth, client acquisition, CRM development, client retention, and overall retail performance.


• Pop Up: Develop and implement innovative Ferrari experiences and strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, strengthen client loyalty, and expand Ferrari Lifestyle's presence within luxury and lifestyle communities.


• Pop Up: Manage all operational and logistical aspects of activations, including budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, venue management, staffing, travel arrangements, hospitality services, production, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.


• Pop Up: Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, luxury partners, influencers, and key stakeholders, ensuring every interaction reflects Ferrari's luxury service philosophy and supports long-term business growth.


• Pop Up: Monitor and evaluate activation performance through key metrics, including attendance, CRM engagement, client acquisition, sales conversion, revenue impact, and return on investment, providing post-activation insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


• Training: Partner with the Global Retail Training Manager and Headquarters teams to coordinate and deliver local training initiatives, supporting product knowledge, clienteling excellence, luxury selling techniques, onboarding, and service standards across the retail network.


• Training: Provide coaching and field support to retail teams, conducting store visits, reinforcing training programs, identifying development opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and brand excellence.

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Marketing, Hospitality, Business Communications, or related field preferred. Minmum 5 years experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or experiential event management. Experience planning luxury events, VIP experiences, retail activations, or brand experiences. Experience managing multiple events simultaneously across multiple locations. Experience working with international luxury brands is highly preferred.
