Job Description: 

I. Summary Description (purpose of the job and its overall contributions to company goals)

 

Implementing the Ferrari strategies and sales operational plans in the Korea Market, coordinating the activities of all dealership business in the specific areas of Sales, Pre-owned, Financial Services. Develop and support the Ferrari Korea Dealer Network to operate within key guidelines (Ferrari Dealer Operating Standards) to ensure corporate compliance and commercial objectives are achieved, as well as ensure professional representation of the Ferrari brand. Work closely with dealers, internal teams and as well as external customers to achieve the sales quantitative and qualitative targets.  

 

 

II. Primary Responsibilities (key areas of responsibilities in details; sales operations)

 

  • Manage regional dealers sale efforts to meet sales strategy and objectives;
  • Monitor dealers’ daily commercial activities to comply with Ferrari Korea’s commercial policy, including orders; deliveries, pricing, territory, demo car policy, and other related items;
  • Ensure that dealers in the region accomplish and follow up on orders and sales plans (NOI /CCF/Stock/Used Car) in accordance with Korea’s strategy and commercial targets;
  • Monitor the Dealer KPIs based on the agreed Commercial Terms, plan and propose effective recovery action to support low performing dealers
  • Plan and implement sales campaigns to support the company and the dealers to reach the targets. Monitor campaign results and update campaign budgets.
  • Prepare Monthly sales result forecast (Orders/Deliveries/Pre-owned) to be shared with HUB/HQ by the deadline.
  • Prepare and analyse Used Car Business performance and Residual value   
  • Coordinate with dealers Special Series/Limited Edition sales activity. Communication, contract, customers list.
  • Coach and support the dealers on all Ferrari Business Intelligence system platform (Modis CS sales related topics: orders; cancellations; etc)
  • Conduct and apply for prompt payments according to commercial policy;
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for Dealers or Market performance analysis, and other relevant issues;
  • Detect each dealer’s areas for improvement, coordinate with for other support resources, and assist dealers in implementing best practices;
  • Provide assistance to marketing events and promotions in terms of support and execution when the event are related to dealers and customers.;
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that dealers’ marketing plans are in line with overall company plan and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the aftersales team to ensure that the local aftersales activities are in line with overall company plan and objectives.

 

 

III. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, International Trade or other related field;
  • 5-8 years working experience in an international work environment, with luxury and/or auto industry experience; preference for experience gained abroad
  • Proven experience and/or understanding of the retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and able to interact effectively with business owners, operative dealer staff, and customers
  • High level of flexibility towards changing demands and priorities, but with a structured approach in managing them
  • Able to plan, develop, and drive business development projects forward to a defined schedule
  • Self-motivated, devoted and proactive, with a strong leadership and team spirit

 

 

Other Requirements

 

  • Native speaking level Korean
  • Fluent verbal and written skills of Business English which is critical for the communication with Regional Office and HQ;
  • PC proficiency is essential (Microsoft Office, Windows environment) and a good knowledge of excel;
  • Korean driving licence/international licence
  • Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally up to 40-50% of the time
