Job Description:

In this position, you will develop and store the digital communications based on customer journey in omni-channel environment to communicate with clients, prospective customers and executions. Establishing customer engagement with the brand website and social media is a core activity. The goal of the role is to raise the brand and product awareness in our market, to enhance the engagement with the customers generating the leads, and to establish our loyal customers. 

You will be engaged with Ferrari Japan team, HUB and HQ digital team to ensure project objectives and meet quality standard and brand guideline. 


Key areas of responsibilities will be: 

Overseas scope, planning and initiation of digital projects. Manage Ferrari digital content resources, deliver digital projects and electronic solutions according to HQ digital guidelines.
Develop compelling online campaigns ( Organic social media, digital paid media, EDM) and ongoing optimization using available data for analysis, insights and market experiences for driving awareness to our target customers, lead generation and customer engagement.
Create local digital campaigns messaging and design that will bring our mission and product messages and USPs to life for customers.
SNS agency management for their daily and campaign posts.
End to end campaign management from ideation, planning and design, to implementation, performance reporting and analysis.
Working closely with external tools and internal teams to develop and execute a highly personalized digital communication strategy.
Dealer Web Site and their SNS, online activities management to comply Ferrari guidelines.

Required profile: 


You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also management experience in digital and social media of at least 5 years.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. 

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).  Excellent oral and written Japanese and English language skills are a must.
