In order to strengthen our Japan Marketing Team we are looking for a Marketing Specialist.

 

Primary Responsibilities will be:

 

Loyalty and Retention Program

  • Conduct and implement local customer loyalty program including customer loyalty campaign, repurchase & referral program and other projects initiated by Ferrari Japan and programs initiated by HQ such as Tours, overseas Ferrari customer programs.
  • Plan and execute the Waiting List Contact Plan for Japanese customers according to Ferrari global strategy and operating guidelines, oversee operation for Contact Plan with HQ and coordinate with dealer management.

 

CRM System and Database Management

  • Work with HUB/HQ to supervise the CRM database program for Japan. This includes systems management through the collection of information from dealers, monitoring system usage, and providing training and conducting analysis when necessary to ensure dealers use the proper approach and contact frequency with owners, as well as deliver valuable information to sales team in order to support sales in achieving commercial targets.
  • Organize monthly CRM report include Marketing KPI, Marketing Platform, Customer Complaint, Sales Funnel and report may necessary for business improvement

 

Dealer Operation Support

  • Provide support in daily operation for dealers in Japan support owners as well as relationships development with owners, Vendor, Agencies, Supplier Management
  • Support Ferrari Japan Marketing Manager to select, evaluate and manage CRM, event vendors, agencies and suppliers to ensure the most effective deliveries and event execution in a cost efficient and timely manner.

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, English or related disciplines with 3-5 years’ experience in professional field.

Exposure to an international work environment as well as experience with CRM, data analytics in the luxury and/or automobile industry is an advantage.

PC proficiency is essential, especially Excel and Business Intelligence (e.g. Tableau).

 

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to focus on delivery, ability to interact with business owners and senior management globally, including strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, lateral thinking and project management skills, ability to work independently combined with proactivity and under pressure.

Fluent English is required.
