Sales & Marketing Internship (Wiesbaden, Germany)

Ferrari offers selected students with an outstanding academic track record and international experience (gained outside your country of origin) an opportunity to discover our business model and to contribute and learn during a 6-month internship with our team in Wiesbaden, Germany. As a Marketing & Sales Intern, supervised by our Sales and Marketing Managers, you will act as the bridge between the Sales & Marketing departments and you will support the team in the following activities: 
-    Monitor key business KPIs (Sales & Marketing) and interact with Management for next steps;
-    Coordinate standardized reportings and processes monitoring;
-    Understand marketing plans its connection to the business needs;
-    Manage actively the communication and exchange with our business partners (dealer network & suppliers).

Required profile 
You will ideally be recent graduate (eligible for internship) or in your final year in a Business Master's degree with excellent academic results. Ideally you will not only have a passion for automotive and/or the luxury market but also have gained a prior professional insight in a structured Marketing environment. 
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills. You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, bringing a strong work ethic and integrity. 
In this role, you will be required to exhibit strong analytical skills and to handle multiple priorities. Moreover, you will be expected to show good team working approach and energy for results.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Knowledge of graphic tools (e.g. Photoshop) is appreciated.
The role will require fluency in German and English, Italian is a plus.
