We are looking to hire an Intern as Fleet Marketing Intern for our Marketing team, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
In this position you will be reponsible as Logistic Intern- Fleet Operations will support the day-to-day coordination, tracking, and administrative management of company fleet vehicles. This role provides hands-on exposure transportation coordination, and cross-functional communication with internal departments and external vendors. The intern will assist in ensuring fleet availability, timely vehicle movement, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and operational deadlines.
As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking fleet vehicles, including location, status, and availability.
- Support coordination of vehicle deliveries, returns, transfers, and lease expirations.
- Maintain and update fleet management systems and internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and internal departments regarding vehicle movements.
- Support documentation management, including payments
- Monitor deadlines related to shipping, events, and vehicle assignments.
- Assist with reporting and data analysis related to fleet utilization and operational performance.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
In order to succeed in this Internship you must be currently a student or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
The following skills are required to perform the role: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required). Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Interest in automotive preferred.
