To further strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are looking to hire a CRM Salesforce Digital Application Specialist, based in our Ferrari HQ Offices Maranello (Italy).
As CRM Salesforce Digital Application Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the CRM Digital Application Owner in the end-to-end management of digital applications dedicated to Customer Relationship Management processes. You will act as a bridge between Digital Transformation and Business Teams, contributing to the delivery of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer engagement and loyalty, in line with Ferrari’s corporate strategy.


The main responsibilities will be:
•    Support the CRM Digital Application Owner in managing the lifecycle of CRM applications (Salesforce), ensuring stability, performance, and scalability;

•    Assist in gathering and translating business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and After Sales teams into clear functional and technical specifications;
•    Help maintain and prioritize the applications backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs;
•    Collaborate in defining the release roadmap and coordinate with suppliers for deployment activities;

•    Monitor service quality (SLA, KPIs) and application performance, proposing improvements and supporting troubleshooting activities;
•    Contribute to solution design and system integration in hybrid (on-premises + cloud) environments;
•    Support compliance with security, privacy (e.g. GDPR), and internal digital transformation policies;

•    Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management;
•    Assist in governance activities related to Digital Transformation projects.

 

Required Profile
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar fields and you will have gained at least 3 years of experience in IT roles interfacing with business functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service).


Knowledge of CRM processes and tools, preferably in the automotive industry, and good knowledge of Salesforce or similar, familiarities with technologies (e.g. SQL,  REST APIs, ecc,) and with project management tools or similar are required.
Experience supporting IT projects and cross-functional stakeholders and proficient user of Atlassian platform (Confluence & JIRA) are mandatory to manage the activities.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
