EMEC Assembly and Testing Process Engineer Internship (Maranello)

We are looking to strengthen our EMEC Assembly and Testing department by identifying a Process Engineer, based in Maranello (Italy). In this excited position, you will support the managing of the whole manufacturing process for High Voltage Batteries and Electric Motors. You will be responsible for the production process development and monitoring for the new products, collaborating with the technical department during all the steps of the product development.
The Process Engineer works closely with the workshop to lead all the activities related to the manufacturing process, including the calibrations and maintenance of the equipment.
As part of the Team, you will be responsible of:
- Manufacturing process set-up and monitoring
- Managing of the instrument calibrations and maintenance
- Leading of the process claims
- Tools and fixture design and procurement
Required profile
You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Fluent English is required.
Previous experiences with manufacturing process is a plus.
Problem-solving experience is a plus.
CAD experience (Creo or Catia) is a plus.
