In order to strengthen our Retail Marketing Team, we are looking to hire our Retail Operations Marketing Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy). 


In this position, you will contribute to Ferrari’s strategic and operational excellence through comprehensive business analysis, data-driven insights, and performance reporting.

As Retail Operations Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and elevating marketing support for Ferrari’s Value-added Businesses, ensuring seamless integration into central marketing plans, product launches, customer engagement activities, and dealer network operations. 
You will enable the markets and retail network with the necessary physical and digital platforms, drive awareness and uptake through targeted actions, and oversee the monitoring and reporting of conversion and performance indicators.
This role is both strategic and operational, involving planning, execution, and analysis based on target objectives and specific KPIs, in close coordination with the Head of Businesses involved.

 

 

Responsibilities:


•    Manage and coordinate marketing support activities, ensuring initiatives are fully integrated into product launches, customer-facing moments, dealer operations, and marketing campaigns.
•    Oversee the development and deployment of physical and digital platforms and assets to guarantee consistent visibility and effective use across the network.
•    Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate performance trends and support strategic decision-making.
•    Support the development of reports, dashboards, and documentation to provide management with actionable, data-driven insights.
•    Gather, consolidate, and translate business requirements into clear functional or operational specifications.
•    Create and support the execution of the HQ marketing plan for all value-added businesses.
•    Analyze existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
•    Provide structured reporting on all activities relating to value-added businesses.

 

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in in Economics, Marketing or related disciplines and you will have gained at least 2 years dedicated experience in a similar role.
We are keen to meet person with demonstrated ability to structure business problems, perform analysis, and derive actionable insights.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is required.
