Sales Assistant Internship (Milano/Maranello)

To enhance the experience across Ferrari's global ecosystem, the Lifestyle department has three pillars: Personal Luxury Goods, Collectibles and Experience. The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers’ base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand’s DNA, its heritage and values.

In this role, you will be included within the Lifestyle department, specifically in the retail environment in Milan or in Maranello.

You will support the Brand Advisors in the daily management of sales activities to ensure a high level of customer experience and retail excellence.

Then main activities will be:
- Welcome the customer and ensure the best Client Experience in line with the Store's high positioning, standards and company directives;
- Create a client package by providing advisory actions to increase sales;
- Implement CRM activities in store to increase the client package;
- Develop long term relationships with customers, taking advantage of different clienteling tools, in order to promote loyalty to the Ferrari brand and increase sales;
- Monitor sales activity (Key Performance Indicator) contributing to the achievement of Store targets;
- Constantly keep abreast of news from luxury Brand competitors;
- Properly represent the Ferrari Brand while participating in promotional events and activities. 

Required profile

You will ideally be recent graduate or student (eligible for internship).
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
Interest in retail and the fashion luxury sector is appreciated and also previous sales experience.
Fluent English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
