We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Communication team, with specific activities in assisting with creative, art, and look&feel processes, providing operational support as needed. The role includes tracking deliverables and timelines, ensuring projects stay on schedule, managing documentation and production paperwork, maintaining organized record, also monitoring workflows and identify areas for improvement to optimize production efficiency.
You will cooperate in different activities, including:
• Assist in post-production tasks, including editing, quality checks, and distribution planning;
• Manage and update the social media editorial plan;
• Coordinate operationally and strategically with creative agencies and external partners;
• Publish and monitor content on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines;
• Support the creation of graphic and video content for digital channels;
• Analyze performance metrics to inform content strategy and optimize results;
• Manage purchase orders and payments ensuring accurate and timely processing;
• Support supplier processes and manage access through our supplier entry access system.
Required profile
For this fundamental role in managing the communication activities, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
Knowledge of main social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, Tik Tok, Youtube, X and good mastering of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel mainly).
Fluent English is required.
Content creation skills, with a constant eye on trends and new ways of communicating and establishing connection with the younger audiences is considered a plus.
