In order to strengthen our Product Development Quality team, we are looking to hire a Software Assurance Quality Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible to assure the compliance to the quality standards (in terms of software processes and work products) of internal development activities and towards external suppliers in all software development phases.
As part of the team, the main responsibilities will be:
• Supporting continuous improvement of software development processes throught the execution of internal audit/assessment and metrics analysis;
• Monitoring project milestones execution and support lesson learnt activities;
• Monitoring internal SW Development processes throught the definition and update of Quality checks/Quality reports/reviews;
• Supporting and reviewing the execution of sw candidate approval checklist with focus on the status of verification and validation activities;
• Participating in preparation and execution of external audits/assessments done by certification companies;
• Evaluating the maturity of the SW development processes and quality of work products of external supplier through the execution of Ferrari Tools (SEA, QRA, Program review) in sourcing phase and development phase;
• Defining and updating work methods and reference procedures for software Quality Assurance and support the definition of the ones for R&D.
Required Profile
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Electronic or Management engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Proven experience on software development processes is a must.
Experience on software Quality Assurance activities and/or Audits execution and knowledge of process development standards like Automotive SPICE, ISO26262 (Functional Safety), ISO21434 (Cybersecuirty) are mandatory to manage the activities.
