Trackside Software Tool Development Internship (Maranello)

We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Endurance team, with specific activities involving in complete process of software development including maintenance, testing, refactoring, and development of new features.  

You will cooperate in different activities, including: 
•    Works in an organized manner emphasizing readable code;
•    Supports integration of tools with data visualization environment and development of data analyses;
•    Independently interfaces with other departments to understand requirements and provide guidance and support on data topics;
•    Compiles analyses on tool performance and reliability.

Required profile

For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar. 

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Demonstrated interested in software development, i.e. through projects such as formula student is considered a plus.  
Knowledge of at least programming language such as Python, Matlab, C++, or C# and Experience with databases and database languages such as SQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB would be a plus.
Fluent English is required.
