We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Vehicle Manufacturing team, with specific activities in achieving the production objectives of the Technological Area, with particular impact on all aspects related to the processing cycles of electrical and electronic systems for both process and product, process and product compliance, and the expected quality level.
You will cooperate in different activities, including:
• Take charge of work cycles, ensuring the adequacy of their application;
• Analyze the compatibility of the product’s electronic and hybrid architecture in assembly processes, both at software and hardware level;
• Support experimentation in diagnosing electrical and hybrid system anomalies detected during the production process;
• Perform in-depth process diagnostics using diagnostic tools and Can BUS traffic analyzers;
• Propose modifications to work cycles and equipment with a view to continuous improvement and process robustness;
• Perform diagnostics on electrical and electronic anomalies found in the production process with the aim of identifying the root cause (Process – Design – Supply);
• Manage changes to work cycles and equipment, informing the Team Leader and Line Leaders;
• Participate in interdepartmental activities and working groups (diagnosis groups, kaizen activities, workstation analysis, etc.).
Required profile
For this fundamental role in managing the Network activities, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Electronic, Electric or Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
Fluent English is required.
