The role of Ferrari Lifestyle is to fuel long term growth by broadening our customers’base and expanding our value proposition beyond our core business, while preserving our brand’s DNA, its heritage and values.
In order to strengthen our Lifestyle Content Production team we are looking to hire a Lifestyle Content Production Specialist, based in Milan (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible for the management of the planning and the development of content production, exploring talents, production houses, and freelancers.
The main responsibilities will be:
• Manage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of all content assets
• Actively participate in planning of content production (internal cross-team meeting with Marketing, Visual Communication, and PR Teams)
• Coordinate external business partners in presenting proposals and manage the execution, selection, activation, and coordination of them
• Define event planning from start to finish based on requirements, target audience, and objectives
• Support the manager in location selection, and support site inspections
• Coordinate the communication of the delivery information and project status to internal teams and clients in a timely manner, developing and keeping track of timelines and production schedules
• Participate in budget coordination and promptly manage the update of the related documentation for every content production
• Coordinate production plan involving all stakeholders (external suppliers and internal teams)
• Manage, organize and maintain documentation, creative deck, and final assets
Required Profile
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in Communication field or similar, and you will have gained at least 2-4 years dedicated experience in pre- and post-production, talent negotiation, and working cross-team.
Being up to date with new technologies and trends in software and design and excellent budget management skills are required.
Familiarity with graphic design or video editing software will be considered as plus.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and of budget tool (LN, SAP, etc.)
