West Europe Sales & Marketing Internship (Paris, France) - Year Placement

For this challenging and learningful role, you will support on a full range of responsibilities in our West Europe team, supervised by our Marketing and Sales Managers. You will cooperate in Marketing activities such as:

  • Key data collection and analysis of relevant Marketing and CRM indicators based on the Ferrari Dealer-scorecard
  • Understand the importance of Marketing KPIs and their commercial impact to drive business development
  • Event management support
  • Prepare and analyse marketing KPIs
  • "One shot" analysis based on specific needs
  • Best practice collection and sharing within the region

 

But also, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Daily Reporting: Pre Orders, NOI, CCF New & Pre Owned, Cancellation
  • Continuos Auditing by verifying with dealer network: contracts, CRM profile, cancellation, CCF accordingly to new sales standard procedure and internal customer database management
  • Preorder Call process: monitoring orders in P and W within the given deadlines
  • Network Support & CCP: support the ongoing tracking of notifications to ensure dealers respond to them within 24hrs, and support to all departments to drive database cleansing project for dealers. Raising various tickets to suppor the network in operational issues.
  • Demo Monitoring: ongoing tracking of dealer demo usage and actitivies performed
  • Forecasting: support in collating network forecasts and review with sales manager to understand underperforming dealers to then ensure the needed number is achieved
  • Used car reporting: Collect all invoices from dealers and add to monthly audit file. Provide details to FFS.

 

 

Required profile

 

You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Marketing or Business.

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

 

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

 

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Fluent English and French are required.
