Job Description: 

In order to strengthen our Marketing Team, we are looking to hire our Central Europe Marketing Manager, based in Wiesbaden (Germany).
 
In this position, you will work closely with the dealer Marketing Managers to assist dealers' marketing departments in overall planning and implementations in accordance with Ferrari' s marketing strategy. 


The main responsibilities will be:
• Develop and cascade Ferrari marketing strategy to dealers to achieve commercial objectives
• Develop, organize, and implement national marketing activities/events to drive customer loyalty and new prospect acquisition in line with brand positioning. Evaluate results of each marketing activity; conduct post-event analysis 
• Manage the region marketing budget
• Attend and provide assistance for dealer events to monitor and ensure strict compliance to Ferrari corporate identity and communication guidelines to protect brand image
• Oversee daily marketing management for dealers in setting up annual marketing plan, budget and targets
• Take dealer visits to support, coach and monitor the network and to get a deep knowledge of the local market
• Lead dealers on co-marketing initiatives with Ferrari partners and sponsors

 

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in in Business, Marketing or related disciplines and you will have gained at least 5 years dedicated experience in a Marketing role. The capability to build up and maintain good relationships with dealers and agencies is essential. We are searching for a resource detail-oriented, passionate, self-motivated and supportive, with an outgoing personality and strong team spirit.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
Fluent German and English are required.
