In order to strengthen our Communication team, we are looking to hire a Sports Cars Content Production Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy). In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational execution of photo and video content for Sportscar programs, ensuring alignment with the creative platform and communication objectives. The role oversees production planning, on-set supervision, post-production follow-up and final asset delivery, ensuring excellence, brand consistency, and coordination across internal teams and partners.
The main responsibilities will be:
Production Planning & Shooting Preparation
• Prepare content production briefing, collecting requirements from all internal stakeholders and already taking into consideration a coordinated output for all distribution channels (website, press release, social media and further)
• Coordinate shooting preparation with agencies and internal departments (product, technical, logistics, events)
• Evaluate the choice of shooting location in line with the creative platform, coordinate vehicle availability, and the necessary technical support
• Ensure production plans, timelines, and operational flows are properly organized and executed
On-Set Supervision
• Supervise production crews during photo and video shoots, ensuring adherence to creative guidelines and brand standards
• Provide on-site direction, coordination and quality control during all production phases
Post-Production & Delivery
• Follow post-production phases
• Validation of deliverables before final approval
• Deliver final launch assets to internal communication channel owners
Assets Distribution & Market Alignment
• Deliver finalized launch assets to internal teams managing communication channels
• Review content proposals from markets and provide guidance to ensure alignment with the creative platform
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Support
• Execute activities in line with priorities defined by the Sportscars Launches Communication/Content Development Manager
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy, approvals and procedural alignment
• Ensure timely coordination and follow-up with agencies and stakeholders
• Monitor timelines and support smooth execution of launch content activities
Required Profile
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or a related field and you will have gained at least 3-5 years dedicated experience in content creation and production.
Proven background in content production, ideally within the automotive sectors, with a strong understanding of photo and video workflows and digital platforms is mandatory to manage the activities.
Solid experience in project management and strategic planning is expected, together with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensure strong organization, and coordinate cross-functional activities to solve problems effectively.
A strategic and creative mindset is required, along with the ability to understand and interpret brand identity and translate strategic guidelines into compelling and consistent storytelling. Strong attention to tone of voice, target relevance, and content coherence is essential, as well as proven experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and overseeing copywriting, visual assets, and digital content ecosystems.
